💾 如何領取 eSIM？
如果你購買的是 eSIM，你將於成功付款後，在一分鐘內通過結賬時填寫的 Email 收到相應的 eSIM QR Code。（如下圖）如果你購買了多張 eSIM，你將收到多封分別提供單一 QR Code 的 Email。你只要使用手機掃瞄該 QR Code 便可把 eSIM 加進手機裡。

此卡有效使用期限為 2026 年 12 月 31 日。請於此日期前啟用使用。
💳 拆封後可以退換嗎？
如 SIM 卡已拆封或已插入手機，我們將無法更換，敬請見諒。
🔌 可以出發前插卡測試嗎？
不建議出發前插卡，SIM 卡只能於目的地啟用。預先插卡可能會啟動有效期，造成浪費。
📱 是否支援 Facebook、Google、WhatsApp 等應用？
本卡支援大部分常用旅遊與通訊 App，包括：

😅 插完張卡，冇嘢郁喎？
記得開「流動數據」＋「數據漫遊」呀！等 3–5 分鐘再試，或者重啟手機。
🔋 用卡會唔會好食電？
數據上網會比 Wi-Fi 稍為食電，特別係一路行一路開 GPS／拍片／開 hotspot 嘅情況。但其實最食電係螢幕光度、背景同步、App 推播等。
🎒 下次旅行再去用，得唔得？
唔得！一次性使用，只限包裝上標示嘅國家。啟用後就會開始計時，下次去旅行要買新卡 💛
📊 今日用數據用得好勁咁點算？
Alt 提供 4G 無限上網卡，每日會設定一個最高用量，唔駛驚今日用得太多，聽日無得用。Alt simcard 每日數據使用量達到 1073741824 Bytes 後，將會降速至不低於 128 kilobits per second 速度，並於第二天（香港時間 00:00）重新提供 4G 高速數據服務，第二朝起身又可以做番一條好漢。
🏕 用嚟開 hotspot BBQ party 得唔得？
可以支援 hotspot 分享 🔥 但要注意公平使用政策（FUP），開太多裝置或播高清影片會較快用完高速流量。
💾 How to receive the eSIM?
If you purchased an eSIM, you will receive the corresponding eSIM QR Code via the email you provided at checkout within one minute after successful payment. (As shown below) If you purchased multiple eSIMs, you will receive multiple emails, each containing a single QR Code. Simply scan the QR Code with your phone to add the eSIM to your device.
📅 What is the expiration date of this card?
The valid usage period for this card is until December 31, 2026. Please be sure to activate it before this date.
💳 Can I return or exchange it after opening?
If the SIM card has been opened or inserted into a phone, we cannot provide a return or exchange service. We apologize for the inconvenience.
🔌 Can I insert the card to test it before departure?
It is not recommended to insert the card before departure. The SIM card can only be activated at the destination. Inserting it in advance may activate the validity period, causing waste.
📱 Does it support apps like Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, etc.?
This card supports most common travel and communication apps, including:

🌍 Will I be charged roaming fees?
No! The SIM card already includes data service. You only need to turn on the data roaming function. There is no need to worry about extra charges from your carrier.
📶 It shows a signal but I can't get online. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- ✅ No need to set APN (most phones do this automatically)
- 🔄 Restart your phone or wait about 5–10 minutes
- 📞 If it still doesn't work, please contact customer service for assistance
💾 Is an eSIM available?
This card is currently available as an eSIM version. After successful payment, you will receive the corresponding eSIM QR Code via the email you provided at checkout within one minute.
🔁 Can I switch it to another phone and use it again?
This card is for one-time use only. Once activated, it is bound to the device and cannot be transferred to another phone or device.
🛫 Can I activate it before departure?
Not recommended. The SIM card should only be activated at the destination, otherwise, the validity period may start early, affecting the number of usable days.
😅 No response after inserting the card?
Please confirm that "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming" are turned on! Wait 3-5 minutes and try again, or restart your phone.
🔋 Will using this card drain my battery quickly?
Using mobile data for internet access will consume slightly more power than Wi-Fi, especially when using GPS, recording video, or using a Hotspot while on the move. However, the most battery-draining things are usually screen brightness, background sync, and app push notifications.
🎒 Can I use it again for my next trip?
No! This card is for one-time use only and is limited to the countries indicated on the packaging. The validity period starts after activation. Please purchase a new card for your next trip 💛
📊 What if I use a lot of data today?
Alt offers a 4G unlimited data card with a daily high-speed allowance, so you don't have to worry that using too much today will leave you without service tomorrow. After the daily data usage on the Alt simcard reaches 1073741824 Bytes (1GB), the speed will be reduced to no less than 128 kbps. High-speed 4G data service will be restored the next day (Hong Kong Time 00:00), allowing you to resume high-speed internet access the next morning.
🏕 Can I use it for a Hotspot to share my connection?
Yes, hotspot sharing is supported 🔥 However, please be mindful of the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Connecting too many devices or streaming high-definition video will deplete the high-speed data allowance more quickly.
